ef1c1e25d6 Fixed maxVertex value
Following specification: maxVertex is the highest index of a vertex that will be addressed by a build command using this structure.

c3aabfeb64 Fix incorrect sbtRecordOffset
This has to be 1 for the shadow version of the any hit shader to be
used.
